摘要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展，数字媒体教育资源在教育领域的应用日益广泛，其开发与共享机制成为推动教育公平与质量提升的重要议题本研究以数字媒体教育资源的开发与共享为核心，旨在探索有效的资源建设模式及可持续的共享机制研究基于文献分析与案例研究相结合的方法，系统梳理了国内外相关理论与实践，并选取典型平台进行深入剖析研究发现，当前数字媒体教育资源的开发存在内容同质化、技术标准不统一等问题，而共享机制则受限于版权保护、利益分配等因素为此，本研究提出构建多层次协作开发体系，通过标准化建设与个性化服务相结合的方式优化资源质量同时，设计了基于区块链技术的共享激励机制，以实现资源权益的透明化管理与合理分配这一创新性方案不仅为数字媒体教育资源的高效利用提供了新思路，还为教育信息化背景下的区域协同发展奠定了理论基础研究成果对促进教育资源均衡配置、提升教育服务质量具有重要实践意义

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, the application of digital media educational resources in the education sector has become increasingly widespread, and their development and sharing mechanisms have emerged as critical issues for promoting educational equity and quality improvement. This study focuses on the development and sharing of digital media educational resources, aiming to explore effective resource construction models and sustainable sharing mechanisms. By combining literature analysis with case studies, the research systematically reviews relevant theories and practices both domestically and internationally, while conducting an in-depth analysis of representative platforms. The findings indicate that the current development of digital media educational resources faces challenges such as content homogenization and non-uniform technical standards, while the sharing mechanism is constrained by factors like copyright protection and interest distribution. In response, this study proposes the establishment of a multi-level collaborative development system to optimize resource quality through a combination of standardized construction and personalized services. Additionally, a sharing incentive mechanism based on blockchain technology is designed to achieve transparent management and fair allocation of resource rights. This innovative solution not only provides new insights into the efficient utilization of digital media educational resources but also lays a theoretical foundation for regional coordinated development under the context of educational informatization. The research outcomes hold significant practical implications for promoting the balanced allocation of educational resources and enhancing the quality of educational services.
