摘要
随着数字游戏产业的快速发展,用户体验已成为决定游戏成功与否的关键因素。本研究旨在探讨数字游戏设计中用户体验优化的核心要素及其实践路径,以提升用户满意度和游戏粘性。研究基于用户体验理论与人机交互模型,结合定性和定量分析方法,选取多款具有代表性的数字游戏作为案例,通过问卷调查、深度访谈及行为数据分析等手段,系统评估了用户体验在情感、功能、交互和社交维度的表现。结果表明,优化用户体验需兼顾视觉美学、操作流畅性和情感共鸣,并特别关注社交互动对用户留存的影响。本研究创新性地提出了一套适用于不同类型数字游戏的用户体验评价框架,明确了关键指标体系及其权重分配,为游戏开发者提供了具体的设计指导。此外,研究还发现技术进步对用户体验的潜在影响,如虚拟现实和人工智能技术的应用,可显著增强沉浸感和个性化体验。总体而言,本研究不仅深化了对数字游戏用户体验的理解,还为行业实践提供了科学依据,推动了用户体验优化从经验驱动向数据驱动的转变。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the digital gaming industry, user experience has become a critical factor determining the success or failure of games. This study aims to explore the core elements and practical approaches for optimizing user experience in digital game design to enhance user satisfaction and game stickiness. Based on user experience theory and human-computer interaction models, the research combines qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, selecting multiple representative digital games as case studies. Through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and behavioral data analysis, the study systematically evaluates the performance of user experience across emotional, functional, interactive, and social dimensions. The results indicate that optimizing user experience requires balancing visual aesthetics, operational fluidity, and emotional resonance, with particular attention to the impact of social interaction on user retention. Innovatively, this study proposes an evaluation fr amework for user experience applicable to various types of digital games, clarifying the key indicator system and its weight distribution, thereby providing concrete design guidance for game developers. Additionally, the study reveals the potential influence of technological advancements on user experience, such as the application of virtual reality and artificial intelligence technologies, which can significantly enhance immersion and personalization. Overall, this research not only deepens the understanding of user experience in digital games but also provides a scientific basis for industry practice, promoting the transition of user experience optimization from being experience-driven to data-driven.
