摘要

杰出人物在历史发展中的作用一直是学术界关注的重要议题，本研究基于马克思主义唯物史观的理论框架，结合当代社会发展的新特点，重新审视和探讨这一经典问题。研究旨在通过系统分析杰出人物与社会结构、时代背景及群众力量之间的互动关系，揭示其在推动历史进程中的具体作用机制。杰出人物并非孤立存在，而是特定社会条件下的产物，其作用的发挥依赖于与社会环境的相互作用以及人民群众的支持。研究进一步指出，杰出人物的贡献主要体现在思想引领、制度创新和实践推动等方面，而其影响程度则受到历史阶段和社会结构的制约。本研究的创新点在于突破了传统研究中对杰出人物作用的单一化理解，提出了“结构性机遇”与“个体能动性”相统一的分析视角，并首次构建了衡量杰出人物历史贡献的多维度评价体系，为相关领域的研究提供了新的理论工具和实证依据。

Reexamining the Role of Outstanding Individuals in Historical Development

Abstract

Natural disasters occurred frequently in ancient China, which had a profound impact on social economy and national survival. Based on historical documents and from the perspectives of archaeology, climatology and anthropology, this study systematically explores the historical relationship between natural disasters and ethnic resistance. The study aims to reveal how natural disasters promote or inhibit inter-ethnic conflict and integration through resource shortages, population migration and social unrest. Major natural disasters often serve as catalysts for ethnic resistance, especially in agricultural societies, where extreme events such as droughts, floods and locust plagues significantly exacerbate resource competition and ethnic conflict. At the same time, some ethnic groups have formed cooperation mechanisms in the process of jointly coping with disasters, promoting cultural identity and social integration. The innovation of this study is that for the first time, the spatial and temporal distribution of natural disasters is linked to the historical process of ethnic resistance, and a dynamic model of "disaster-resource-resistance" is proposed, which provides a new perspective for understanding the social changes in ancient China. This achievement not only deepens the understanding of historical laws, but also provides an important reference for modern society to deal with disaster risks and promote ethnic harmony.
