水利工程是国家发展的重要基础工程,也是国家发展的重要支柱。所以,水利水电工程通常是由国家出资,在招标过程中,由招标人来确定有关各方的参与。对于规模大、投资大、工期长、技术复杂的水利水电工程,施工企业是规划与管理的协调人,必须确保其顺利进行。
随着 BIM技术在施工领域的广泛运用,随着 IT技术的飞速发展,人们对云技术的运用进行了深入的探讨。本文以 YH公司的水利建设为案例,从企业内部和利益相关者的沟通管理角度出发,从企业的组织层次、项目利益相关者与企业的地理空间、时间、沟通环境等方面存在诸多障碍,从企业沟通管理理论、 BIM理论、云计算理论等理论依据出发,建立了以 BM云平台为核心的沟通管理模式。首先从三个层面对云计算平台协作进行了全面的阐述,并以实例对其进行了剖析;然后,从公司四大业务单位的工作内涵入手,引入交流管理模式的转变,阐明其在水利建设项目交流中的优越性,改进公司的沟通机构,营造一个良好的交流氛围,从而有效地促进项目各方的交流和协调,为业主的项目管理工作带来方便,确保项目的圆满完成。

Abstract
Water conservancy project is an important foundation project for national development, and also an important pillar of national development. Therefore, water conservancy and hydropower projects are usually funded by the state. In the bidding process, the tenderee determines the participation of all parties concerned. For water conservancy and hydropower projects with large scale, large investment, long construction period and complex technology, the construction enterprise is the coordinator of planning and management and must ensure their smooth progress.
With the extensive application of BIM technology in the construction field, and the rapid development of IT technology, people have conducted in-depth discussions on the application of cloud technology. This paper takes the water conservancy construction of YH Company as an example. From the perspective of communication management within the enterprise and stakeholders, there are many obstacles in terms of organizational level of the enterprise, geographic space, time, communication environment between project stakeholders and the enterprise. Based on the theory of enterprise communication management, BIM theory, cloud computing theory and other theoretical bases, a communication management model with BM cloud platform as the core has been established. First of all, the collaboration of cloud computing platform is comprehensively described from three aspects, and analyzed with an example; Then, starting from the work connotation of the four business units of the company, introduce the transformation of communication management mode, clarify its advantages in the communication of water conservancy construction projects, improve the communication organization of the company, create a good communication atmosphere, so as to effectively promote the communication and coordination of all parties to the project, bring convenience to the project management of the owner, and ensure the successful completion of the project.
