摘 要
教育叙事研究作为一种以教师个人经验为基础的研究方法,近年来在小学教师专业发展中受到广泛关注。本研究基于当前小学教师专业发展面临理论与实践脱节、反思能力不足等问题,旨在探讨教育叙事研究对促进小学教师专业成长的作用及其具体应用路径。教育叙事研究能够有效提升教师的自我反思能力,深化其对教学实践的理解,并增强其专业认同感。此外,该方法还为教师提供了将理论与实践相结合的平台,促进了其专业素养的全面提升。本研究的创新点在于将教育叙事研究与小学教师的实际工作情境紧密结合,提出了具有可操作性的实施框架,为同类研究提供了参考范式。总体而言,教育叙事研究不仅是一种有效的教师专业发展工具,也为推动基础教育改革提供了新的思路。

The Application of Educational Narrative Research in the Professional Development of Primary School Teachers

Abstract
As a research method based on teachers' personal experience, educational narrative research has attracted wide attention in the professional development of primary school teachers in recent years. Based on the current problems of disconnection between theory and practice and lack of reflective ability in the professional development of primary school teachers, this study aims to explore the role of educational narrative research in promoting the professional growth of primary school teachers and its specific application path. Educational narrative research can effectively improve teachers' self-reflection ability, deepen their understanding of teaching practice, and enhance their professional identity. In addition, the method also provides a platform for teachers to combine theory with practice, and promotes the overall improvement of their professional literacy. The innovation of this research lies in the close combination of educational narrative research and the actual working situation of primary school teachers, and puts forward an operable implementation fr amework, which provides a reference paradigm for similar research. In general, educational narrative research is not only an effective tool for teacher professional development, but also provides a new way to promote the reform of basic education.
