冻结步态是帕金森病患者常见的运动障碍,严重影响其生活质量。本研究旨在探讨核心稳定训练联合认知任务对缓解帕金森病患者冻结步态的疗效及机制。研究选取60名帕金森病患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组接受为期12周的核心稳定训练联合认知任务干预,而对照组仅进行常规康复训练。通过步态分析仪和认知功能量表评估患者的运动和认知改善情况。结果显示,实验组在步态参数(如步速、步长)和冻结步态发生频率方面显著优于对照组,同时认知功能也得到明显提升。研究表明,核心稳定训练联合认知任务不仅能够有效改善患者的运动功能,还能通过优化神经可塑性增强认知能力,从而为冻结步态的综合管理提供了新思路。该研究的创新点在于将躯体与认知训练相结合,揭示了多模态干预在帕金森病康复中的潜在价值,为临床实践提供了理论支持和技术参考。关键词:冻结步态;核心稳定训练;认知任务;帕金森病;神经可塑性
Core Stability Training Combined with Cognitive Tasks to Alleviate Freezing of Gait
Abstract
Gait freezing is a common motor dysfunction in patients with Parkinson's disease, significantly impairing their quality of life. This study aimed to investigate the efficacy and mechanisms of core stability training combined with cognitive tasks in alleviating gait freezing in patients with Parkinson's disease. Sixty patients with Parkinson's disease were recruited and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received a 12-week intervention of core stability training combined with cognitive tasks, while the control group underwent conventional rehabilitation training. Gait parameters and cognitive improvements were assessed using a gait analysis system and cognitive function scales. The results showed that the experimental group exhibited significantly better outcomes than the control group in terms of gait parameters (such as gait speed and stride length) and the frequency of gait freezing episodes, along with marked improvements in cognitive function. This study demonstrated that core stability training combined with cognitive tasks not only effectively enhances motor function but also improves cognitive abilities by optimizing neural plasticity, providing new insights into the comprehensive management of gait freezing. The innovation of this study lies in integrating physical and cognitive training, revealing the potential value of multimodal interventions in Parkinson's disease rehabilitation and offering theoretical support and technical references for clinical practice.
