摘 要
染料作为现代工业的重要组成部分,在纺织、印刷、光电材料等领域具有广泛应用,但传统染料在耐光性、热稳定性和溶解性等方面存在诸多局限。为满足高性能应用需求,本研究以设计合成新型功能性染料为核心目标,通过引入特定功能基团和优化分子结构,开发了一系列具有优异性能的染料化合物。研究采用理论计算与实验验证相结合的方法,首先基于密度泛函理论(DFT)筛选潜在的高稳定性染料分子模型,随后通过多步有机合成反应制备目标化合物,并利用核磁共振、质谱及红外光谱等手段对其结构进行表征。性能测试结果表明,所合成的染料在可见光区具有良好的吸收特性,同时展现出显著增强的耐光性和热稳定性,其溶解度较传统同类产品提高约30%。此外,该系列染料在实际应用中表现出优异的着色强度和色牢度,特别是在高温环境下的稳定性优势明显。本研究的创新点在于通过分子设计实现了染料性能的定向优化,并提出了一种普适性的合成策略,为高性能染料的开发提供了新思路。研究成果不仅拓展了功能性染料的应用范围,还为相关领域的材料设计与性能提升奠定了理论与实践基础。关键词:功能性染料;分子设计;耐光性;热稳定性;合成策略
Abstract
Dyes, as a critical component of modern industry, have extensive applications in textiles, printing, and optoelectronic materials. However, traditional dyes are subject to various limitations in terms of lightfastness, thermal stability, and solubility. To meet the demands of high-performance applications, this study focuses on the design and synthesis of novel functional dyes. By introducing specific functional groups and optimizing molecular structures, a series of dye compounds with superior properties were developed. The research combined theoretical calculations with experimental validation, initially screening potential high-stability dye molecular models based on density functional theory (DFT). Subsequently, target compounds were synthesized through multi-step organic reactions and characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectrometry, and infrared spectroscopy. Performance testing results demonstrated that the synthesized dyes exhibit favorable absorption characteristics in the visible light region, along with significantly enhanced lightfastness and thermal stability. Their solubility was improved by approximately 30% compared to traditional counterparts. Additionally, these dyes showed excellent coloring strength and colorfastness in practical applications, particularly excelling in stability under high-temperature conditions. The innovation of this study lies in achieving targeted optimization of dye performance through molecular design and proposing a universal synthetic strategy, providing new insights into the development of high-performance dyes.
