摘要
2型糖尿病是一种全球性慢性代谢疾病，其血糖控制不佳可能导致多种并发症。为探讨格列吡嗪在2型糖尿病患者血糖管理中的应用效果，本研究选取120例确诊患者，随机分为实验组（接受格列吡嗪治疗）和对照组（采用其他常规降糖药物），通过为期12周的观察比较两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平变化。结果显示，实验组患者的血糖指标显著改善，且低血糖发生率未见明显增加，表明格列吡嗪在有效控制血糖的同时具备良好的安全性。此外，本研究首次结合患者胰岛功能状态分析格列吡嗪的作用机制，发现其对胰岛素分泌受损较轻的患者疗效尤为显著。这一发现为临床个体化用药提供了重要参考依据。综上所述，格列吡嗪在2型糖尿病患者血糖控制中具有明确的应用价值，尤其适用于早期或轻度胰岛功能减退的患者，为优化治疗策略提供了新思路。关键词：格列吡嗪；2型糖尿病；血糖控制；胰岛功能；个体化用药
Efficacy of Glibenclamide in Glycemic Control for Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Abstract
Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a global chronic me tabolic disease, and poor glycemic control can lead to various complications. To investigate the efficacy of glipizide in blood glucose management for patients with type 2 diabetes, this study selected 120 diagnosed patients who were randomly divided into an experimental group (receiving glipizide treatment) and a control group (using other conventional antidiabetic medications). A 12-week observation was conducted to compare changes in fasting blood glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose, and glycated hemoglobin levels between the two groups. The results showed that the glycemic indices of patients in the experimental group were significantly improved, with no significant increase in the incidence of hypoglycemia, indicating that glipizide effectively controls blood glucose while maintaining good safety. Moreover, this study was the first to analyze the mechanism of action of glipizide in conjunction with patients' pancreatic function status, revealing that its therapeutic effect was particularly significant in patients with mild impairment of insulin secretion. This finding provides important reference evidence for individualized clinical medication. In conclusion, glipizide has clear application value in blood glucose control for patients with type 2 diabetes, especially for those in the early stages or with mild pancreatic dysfunction, offering new insights for optimizing treatment strategies.
