  在全球化与技术快速变革的背景下,企业面临日益激烈的市场竞争,核心竞争力成为其在复杂环境中实现可持续发展的关键因素。本研究基于价值链理论,深入探讨了企业核心竞争力的构建机制及其实践路径。研究旨在通过系统分析价值链各环节的价值创造活动,识别能够提升企业竞争优势的关键要素,并提出针对性的优化策略。采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,首先通过文献综述和案例分析明确价值链理论的核心内涵及其在企业实践中的应用框架;其次,运用问卷调查和结构方程建模对影响核心竞争力的关键变量进行实证分析。研究表明,企业在价值链的不同环节中,通过资源整合、技术创新和流程优化,可以显著增强其核心竞争力。此外,研究发现外部环境因素如行业特征和政策支持对价值链效能具有重要调节作用。

Abstract 
  Under the background of globalization and rapid technological change, enterprises are faced with increasingly fierce market competition, and the core competitiveness has become the key factor for them to achieve sustainable development in a complex environment. Based on the theory of value chain, this study deeply discusses the construction mechanism and practice path of enterprise core competitiveness. The research aims to systematically analyze the value creation activities in each link of the value chain, identify the key elements that can enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises, and put forward targeted optimization strategies. By combining qualitative and quantitative research methods, firstly, to clarify the core connotation of value chain theory and its application fr amework in enterprise practice through literature review and case analysis; secondly, to analyze the key variables affecting core competitiveness by questionnaire and structural equation modeling. Research shows that enterprises can significantly enhance their core competitiveness in different links of the value chain through resource integration, technological innovation and process optimization. In addition, the study found that external environmental factors such as industry characteristics and policy support have an important role in regulating value chain efficiency.
