小学体育教学中体育家庭作业的设计与实施研究

摘  要:随着素质教育的深入推进,小学体育教学逐渐受到重视,但课后延伸性学习仍存在不足,体育家庭作业作为连接学校与家庭的重要纽带,其设计与实施成为亟待研究的课题。本研究旨在探索小学体育家庭作业的设计原则与实施路径,通过问卷调查、访谈和案例分析等方法,对当前小学体育家庭作业的现状进行系统梳理,并结合学生身心发展特点提出针对性优化策略。研究发现,传统体育家庭作业形式单一、缺乏趣味性和个性化设计,难以激发学生参与积极性;而基于目标导向和多元智能理论的创新性作业设计能够显著提升学生的运动兴趣和身体素质。本研究构建了以“趣味性、层次性和互动性”为核心的体育家庭作业设计框架,并提出了家校协同机制的具体实施方案,为促进学生全面发展提供了新思路,其主要贡献在于填补了该领域系统性研究的空白,为小学体育教学改革提供了实践参考。

Abstract:With the deepening of quality-oriented education, physical education in primary schools has gradually gained attention; however, there remain deficiencies in after-class extended learning. As an important link between school and family, the design and implementation of physical education homework at home have become urgent research topics. This study aims to explore the design principles and implementation pathways of primary school physical education homework. Through methods such as questionnaire surveys, interviews, and case analyses, the current status of physical education homework in primary schools is systematically reviewed. In combination with the characteristics of students' physical and mental development, targeted optimization strategies are proposed. The study finds that traditional physical education homework is characterized by a single form, lacks interest appeal and personalized design, making it difficult to stimulate students' participation enthusiasm. On the other hand, innovative homework design based on goal orientation and multiple intelligences theory can significantly enhance students' interest in sports and improve their physical fitness. This research constructs a design fr amework for physical education homework centered on "interest, hierarchy, and interactivity" and proposes specific implementation plans for a collaborative mechanism between families and schools. It provides new ideas for promoting students' all-round development, with its main contribution being the filling of the gap in systematic research in this field, offering practical references for the reform of primary school physical education teaching.
