摘 要:随着素质教育的深入推进,体育文化在小学体育教学中的渗透与传播逐渐成为研究热点。本研究旨在探讨如何通过小学体育教学有效传播体育文化,以提升学生的体育素养和综合能力。研究采用问卷调查、访谈及案例分析等方法,选取多所小学作为样本,系统考察当前体育文化在教学中的实施现状及其影响因素。结果显示,多数学校已初步将体育文化融入教学内容,但在深度和广度上仍显不足,尤其缺乏系统性设计和针对性策略。本研究创新性地提出“体育文化生态链”概念,强调从课程设置、师资培训和校园文化建设三方面构建协同机制,为体育文化的传播提供理论支持和实践路径。研究表明,通过优化教学模式和丰富文化内涵,能够显著增强学生对体育文化的认同感和参与度,从而促进其全面发展。该研究为小学体育教学改革提供了新思路,具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。

Abstract:With the deepening of quality-oriented education, the infiltration and dissemination of sports culture in primary school physical education has gradually become a research hotspot. This study aims to explore how to effectively spread sports culture through primary school physical education to enhance students' sports literacy and comprehensive abilities. By employing methods such as questionnaire surveys, interviews, and case analyses, multiple primary schools were selected as samples to systematically examine the current implementation status of sports culture in teaching and its influencing factors. The results indicate that most schools have preliminarily integrated sports culture into their teaching content; however, deficiencies remain in terms of depth and breadth, particularly in the lack of systematic design and targeted strategies. This study innovatively proposes the concept of a "sports culture ecological chain," emphasizing the construction of a collaborative mechanism from three aspects: curriculum design, teacher training, and campus cultural development, thereby providing theoretical support and practical pathways for the dissemination of sports culture. The study demonstrates that optimizing teaching models and enriching cultural connotations can significantly strengthen students' sense of identity with and participation in sports culture, thus promoting their holistic development. This research offers new insights for the reform of primary school physical education, possessing important theoretical value and practical significance.
