基于BIM和IPD协同管理模式的建设工程造价管理研究
摘 要
本研究基于BIM(Building Information Modeling)和IPD(Integrated Project Delivery)协同管理模式,探讨其在建设工程造价管理中的应用机制与实施路径,旨在通过整合技术与管理优势,实现工程全生命周期内的精细化成本管控。研究采用理论分析与案例验证相结合的方法,首先梳理了BIM与IPD的核心理念及其对造价管理的潜在影响,随后构建了基于两者协同的造价管理体系框架,并设计了具体的操作流程与评价指标体系。通过某实际工程项目案例的实证分析,结果表明该模式能够显著提高信息共享效率,减少沟通成本,同时增强各参与方的协作能力,从而有效降低工程造价偏差率。本研究的主要创新点在于将BIM的技术特性和IPD的管理理念深度融合,提出了一种适用于复杂建筑工程的协同造价管理方案,为行业提供了可操作性强的实践参考。

Research on Construction Cost Management Based on BIM and IPD Collaborative Management Model
ABSTRACT
Based on the collaborative management mode of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and IPD (Integrated Project Delivery), this study discusses its application mechanism and implementation path in the construction project cost management, aiming to achieve fine cost control in the whole life cycle of the project by integrating technology and management advantages. The research adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and case verification, and firstly, the core concept of BIM and IPD and their potential impact on cost management are reviewed, and then the cost management system fr amework based on the cooperation between the two is constructed, and the specific operation process and evaluation index system are designed. Through the empirical analysis of an actual project case, the results show that this mode can significantly improve the efficiency of information sharing, reduce the communication cost, and enhance the cooperation ability of all participants, so as to effectively reduce the deviation rate of the project cost. The main innovation of this study is the deep integration of the technical characteristics of BIM and the management concept of IPD, and a collaborative cost management scheme suitable for complex construction projects, which provides a practical reference for the industry.
