摘 要：随着数字经济的快速发展，企业财务管理模式正向智能化、集约化方向转型，财务共享服务作为一种新兴模式逐渐受到关注。本研究旨在探讨财务共享服务模式下的成本效益特征及其对企业财务管理的影响，通过构建成本效益分析框架，结合案例研究与定量分析方法，对实施财务共享服务的企业进行深入剖析。研究发现，财务共享服务能够显著降低运营成本，优化资源配置效率，并提升财务信息的质量与透明度。同时，该模式在初期建设阶段存在较高的固定成本投入，但长期来看具有明显的规模经济效应。本研究的创新点在于将成本效益分析与企业实际运营数据相结合，揭示了财务共享服务模式的成本结构及效益实现路径，为相关企业决策提供了理论支持与实践参考。研究成果不仅丰富了财务共享服务领域的理论体系，还为企业优化财务管理模式提供了重要依据。

Abstract：With the rapid development of the digital economy, enterprise financial management models are transitioning towards intelligence and intensification, and financial shared services, as an emerging model, have gradually attracted attention. This study aims to explore the cost-benefit characteristics of financial shared services and their impact on enterprise financial management. By constructing a cost-benefit analysis fr amework and combining case studies with quantitative analysis methods, this research conducts an in-depth analysis of enterprises implementing financial shared services. The findings indicate that financial shared services can significantly reduce operating costs, optimize resource allocation efficiency, and enhance the quality and transparency of financial information. Meanwhile, although there is a high level of fixed-cost investment during the initial construction phase, this model exhibits evident economies of scale in the long term. The innovation of this study lies in integrating cost-benefit analysis with actual operational data from enterprises, revealing the cost structure and benefit realization pathways of the financial shared service model, thereby providing theoretical support and practical references for relevant enterprise decision-making. The research not only enriches the theoretical system of financial shared services but also offers critical evidence for enterprises to optimize their financial management models.
