摘 要：随着全球经济一体化的深入发展，企业面临日益复杂的资金流管理挑战，供应链金融作为一种创新性金融服务模式，逐渐成为优化企业资金流的重要工具本研究以供应链金融为切入点，旨在探讨其对企业资金流优化的具体影响及实现机制通过文献分析与案例研究相结合的方法，选取典型行业中的代表性企业进行实证分析结果表明，供应链金融能够有效缓解中小企业融资难的问题，同时提升核心企业的资金周转效率和供应链整体协同水平此外，研究发现基于信息共享和技术支持的供应链金融平台在降低交易成本、提高资金配置效率方面具有显著优势本研究的创新点在于首次将供应链金融的资金流优化效应分解为微观企业和宏观供应链两个层面，并提出了一套可量化的评估指标体系，为企业实践和政策制定提供了理论参考主要贡献在于深化了对供应链金融功能的认识，为推动其在实体经济中的广泛应用奠定了基础

Abstract：With the deepening development of global economic integration, enterprises are facing increasingly complex challenges in cash flow management. As an innovative financial service model, supply chain finance (SCF) has gradually become an important tool for optimizing corporate cash flows. This study takes SCF as the entry point to explore its specific impacts and implementation mechanisms on the optimization of corporate cash flows. By combining literature analysis with case studies, representative enterprises from typical industries were selected for empirical analysis. The results indicate that SCF can effectively alleviate the financing difficulties faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), while enhancing the capital turnover efficiency of core enterprises and the overall coordination level of the supply chain. Furthermore, it was found that SCF platforms based on information sharing and technological support possess significant advantages in reducing transaction costs and improving the efficiency of capital allocation. The innovation of this study lies in the first-time decomposition of the cash flow optimization effect of SCF into two levels: micro-enterprises and macro-supply chains, along with the proposal of a quantifiable evaluation index system, providing theoretical references for both business practice and policy formulation. The main contribution is the deepened understanding of the functions of SCF, laying a foundation for promoting its widespread application in the real economy.
