摘 要：金融科技的快速发展为企业财务管理带来了全新的机遇与挑战，在此背景下，传统财务管理模式亟需转型升级。本研究旨在探讨金融科技对企业财务管理的影响，并提出适应新时代需求的创新模式。通过文献分析、案例研究及实证调查相结合的方法，系统梳理了大数据、人工智能、区块链等技术在企业财务管理中的应用现状与潜在价值。研究发现，金融科技能够显著提升财务管理效率、优化资源配置并增强风险防控能力。基于此，本文构建了一种集成智能化决策支持、动态资金管理与分布式信任机制的综合管理模式，为企业的财务转型提供了理论依据与实践路径。该研究不仅揭示了金融科技赋能财务管理的具体机理，还为企业应对数字化转型提供了重要参考，其创新点在于将技术驱动与管理需求深度融合，为未来财务管理理论的发展奠定了基础。

Abstract：The rapid development of fintech has brought new opportunities and challenges to corporate financial management, highlighting the urgent need for traditional financial management models to undergo transformation and upgrading. This study aims to explore the impact of fintech on corporate financial management and propose an innovative model that aligns with the demands of the new era. By integrating literature analysis, case studies, and empirical investigations, this research systematically examines the current applications and potential value of technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and blockchain in corporate financial management. The findings indicate that fintech can significantly enhance the efficiency of financial management, optimize resource allocation, and strengthen risk control capabilities. Based on these insights, this paper constructs a comprehensive management model that integrates intelligent decision support, dynamic capital management, and distributed trust mechanisms, providing both theoretical foundations and practical pathways for corporate financial transformation. This research not only elucidates the specific mechanisms through which fintech empowers financial management but also offers critical references for businesses navigating digital transformation. Its innovation lies in the deep integration of technology-driven approaches with managerial needs, thereby laying a solid foundation for the future development of financial management theory.
