摘 要
老旧社区改造是提升城市居住品质和促进可持续发展的重要议题。随着城市化进程的加速，大量老旧社区面临基础设施老化、公共空间不足及环境品质下降等问题，亟需通过科学的环境设计策略加以改善。本研究以老旧社区为对象，旨在探索适配其特点的设计方法，以优化居民生活环境并增强社区活力。研究采用文献分析、实地调研与案例对比相结合的方法，系统梳理了老旧社区在空间布局、绿化配置及功能设施等方面的现存问题，并提出针对性的改造策略。结果表明，通过引入模块化设计、多层次绿化以及弹性功能分区等创新手段，可有效提升社区的空间利用率和生态性能。此外，研究强调居民参与的重要性，将社会需求与环境设计有机结合，形成以人为本的改造模式。本研究的主要贡献在于构建了一套兼具实用性和前瞻性的设计框架，为同类项目的实践提供了理论支持与操作指南，同时为推动城市更新背景下的社区可持续发展提供了新思路。

Abstract
The renovation of old communities is a critical issue for enhancing urban living quality and promoting sustainable development. With the acceleration of urbanization, a large number of old communities are confronted with problems such as aging infrastructure, insufficient public space, and declining environmental quality, necessitating improvements through scientific environmental design strategies. This study focuses on old communities to explore design methods tailored to their characteristics, aiming to optimize residents' living environments and enhance community vitality. By employing a combination of literature analysis, field research, and case comparisons, the study systematically examines existing issues in spatial layout, greenery configuration, and functional facilities within old communities and proposes targeted renovation strategies. The findings indicate that the introduction of innovative approaches, such as modular design, multi-level greening, and flexible functional zoning, can effectively improve spatial efficiency and ecological performance in these communities. Furthermore, the study underscores the importance of resident participation, integrating social needs with environmental design to establish a human-centered renovation model. The primary contribution of this research lies in the development of a design fr amework that balances practicality and foresight, providing theoretical support and operational guidance for similar projects while offering new perspectives for community sustainability under the context of urban renewal.
