企业战略转型中的数字化技术应用与管理创新

摘  要

随着信息技术的迅猛发展,企业面临复杂多变的市场环境,战略转型迫在眉睫,数字化技术成为关键驱动力。本研究旨在探讨企业在战略转型过程中数字化技术的应用及其引发的管理创新,通过案例分析与问卷调查相结合的方法,选取不同行业的典型企业作为样本,深入剖析数字化技术在业务流程再造、组织架构调整、商业模式创新等方面的作用机制。研究发现,数字化技术促使企业打破传统边界,实现跨部门、跨企业的协同合作,数据驱动决策成为主流,个性化定制服务得以广泛推广。同时,企业内部管理理念发生深刻变革,更加注重敏捷性与灵活性,员工技能需求也相应转变。本研究创新性地构建了数字化技术应用与管理创新的互动模型,为企业战略转型提供了理论依据与实践指导,强调了数字化思维培养和人才队伍建设的重要性,为同类研究提供了新的视角和方法论支持。

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, enterprises are confronted with a complex and volatile market environment, making strategic transformation imperative, with digital technology serving as a critical driving force. This study aims to explore the application of digital technologies and the resultant management innovations during enterprise strategic transformation. By employing a combined methodology of case analysis and surveys, this research selects representative enterprises from various industries as samples to thoroughly examine the mechanisms through which digital technologies influence business process reengineering, organizational restructuring, and business model innovation. The findings indicate that digital technologies facilitate the breakdown of traditional boundaries, enabling inter-departmental and inter-enterprise collaboration, while data-driven decision-making becomes predominant and personalized customized services gain widespread adoption. Concurrently, internal management philosophies undergo profound changes, emphasizing agility and flexibility, and the skill requirements for employees also shift accordingly. Innovatively, this study constructs an interactive model of digital technology application and management innovation, providing theoretical foundations and practical guidance for enterprise strategic transformation. It underscores the importance of cultivating digital thinking and building talent pools, offering new perspectives and methodological support for similar studies.
