摘 要
随着全球化进程加速和市场竞争加剧,知识产权成为企业核心竞争力的关键要素。本研究旨在探讨企业知识产权管理与创新激励机制之间的内在联系,通过构建理论框架并运用实证分析方法,以问卷调查和案例研究相结合的方式,选取不同规模、行业的代表性企业作为样本,深入剖析企业在知识产权管理过程中面临的挑战及应对策略。研究发现,有效的知识产权管理体系能够显著提升企业的创新能力,完善的激励机制是推动技术创新的重要动力源泉。本研究创新性地提出了基于知识资本价值评估的动态激励模型,为企业提供了一套可操作性强的管理工具,有助于优化资源配置,激发员工创造力,实现可持续发展。该成果不仅丰富了相关理论体系,还为政府制定政策提供了参考依据,对促进我国企业自主创新能力和国际竞争力具有重要意义。

Abstract
As the process of globalization accelerates and market competition intensifies, intellectual property has become a critical component of corporate core competitiveness. This study aims to explore the intrinsic relationship between corporate intellectual property management and innovation incentive mechanisms by constructing a theoretical fr amework and employing empirical analysis methods. Through a combination of questionnaire surveys and case studies, representative enterprises from different scales and industries were selected as samples to conduct an in-depth analysis of the challenges faced and coping strategies employed in the process of intellectual property management. The findings indicate that an effective intellectual property management system can significantly enhance corporate innovation capabilities, while a comprehensive incentive mechanism serves as a vital driving force for technological innovation. Innovatively, this research proposes a dynamic incentive model based on knowledge capital valuation, providing enterprises with a highly operational management tool. This tool aids in optimizing resource allocation, stimulating employee creativity, and achieving sustainable development. The outcomes not only enrich the relevant theoretical system but also offer reference for government policy formulation, playing a significant role in promoting the autonomous innovation capability and international competitiveness of enterprises in China.
