摘 要
在当今全球化与数字化快速发展的背景下,企业面临复杂多变的市场环境,战略转型成为企业适应新环境、谋求可持续发展的关键举措,而领导力与执行力在其中发挥着不可替代的作用。本研究旨在探讨企业战略转型过程中领导力与执行力之间的关系及其对企业绩效的影响。通过文献研究法梳理相关理论基础,采用问卷调查法和案例分析法获取一手数据。研究发现,有效的领导力能够明确战略方向并激励员工,执行力则确保战略部署得以落实,二者相互促进且共同作用于企业绩效提升。创新之处在于构建了领导力与执行力影响企业绩效的整合模型,强调了沟通机制在两者间的重要桥梁作用,为企业战略转型提供了新的理论视角与实践指导,有助于企业在战略转型中更好地发挥领导力与执行力的作用,提高转型成功率。

Abstract
In the context of rapid globalization and digitalization, enterprises face a complex and dynamic market environment, making strategic transformation a critical initiative for adapting to new conditions and achieving sustainable development. Leadership and execution play indispensable roles in this process. This study aims to explore the relationship between leadership and execution during corporate strategic transformation and their impact on enterprise performance. By reviewing relevant theoretical foundations through literature research, and collecting primary data via questionnaire surveys and case studies, the findings reveal that effective leadership clarifies strategic direction and motivates employees, while execution ensures the implementation of strategic plans. These two factors mutually reinforce each other and jointly contribute to enhancing enterprise performance. The innovation of this research lies in constructing an integrated model that illustrates how leadership and execution influence enterprise performance, emphasizing the crucial bridging role of communication mechanisms between them. This provides a new theoretical perspective and practical guidance for corporate strategic transformation, aiding enterprises in better leveraging leadership and execution to improve the success rate of transformation.
