摘 要
随着全球环境问题日益严峻，绿色供应链管理成为企业实现可持续发展的关键路径。本研究旨在探讨企业如何通过构建和优化绿色供应链管理体系，实现经济效益与环境效益的双赢。基于文献综述与案例分析，结合定性与定量研究方法，选取典型制造型企业为样本，深入剖析其在绿色采购、生产、物流及回收等环节的具体实践。研究发现，企业实施绿色供应链管理能够显著降低环境风险，提高资源利用效率，增强市场竞争力。创新点在于构建了涵盖全生命周期的绿色供应链评价指标体系，并提出基于区块链技术的供应链信息共享机制，为企业提供了可操作性强的实践指南。研究结果表明，绿色供应链管理不仅是应对环境法规的有效手段，更是推动企业转型升级、实现可持续发展的战略选择，对促进整个产业链的绿色发展具有重要参考价值。

Abstract
As global environmental challenges become increasingly severe, green supply chain management (GSCM) has emerged as a critical pathway for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. This study aims to explore how companies can construct and optimize their GSCM systems to attain a win-win outcome in economic and environmental benefits. By integrating qualitative and quantitative research methods, this study conducts an in-depth analysis of typical manufacturing enterprises, focusing on their practices in green procurement, production, logistics, and recycling, based on literature reviews and case studies. The findings indicate that the implementation of GSCM can significantly reduce environmental risks, enhance resource utilization efficiency, and strengthen market competitiveness. An innovative contribution of this research is the development of a comprehensive green supply chain evaluation index system covering the entire life cycle, along with the proposal of a blockchain-based information sharing mechanism for supply chains. These contributions provide enterprises with practical guidelines that are highly operational. The results demonstrate that GSCM not only serves as an effective approach to comply with environmental regulations but also acts as a strategic choice to promote enterprise transformation and upgrade, thereby achieving sustainable development. Moreover, this study holds significant reference value for fostering green development across the entire industrial chain.
