不同核桃品种苗期生长性状变异及优良品种筛选研究

  核桃作为重要的木本油料和干果资源,其品种选育对产业发展具有重要意义。为探究不同核桃品种苗期生长性状变异并筛选优良品种,本研究选取15个核桃品种,在相同栽培条件下进行为期两年的观测实验,系统分析了株高、地径、叶片数等10项主要生长性状指标。通过方差分析、主成分分析及聚类分析等统计学方法,揭示了各品种间显著的生长差异特征。结果显示,不同品种在苗期生长速度、形态建成等方面存在明显分化,其中‘香玲’、‘鲁光’等品种表现出更优的综合生长性能。研究发现,部分性状之间存在显著相关性,如株高与地径呈正相关关系,这为建立早期筛选模型提供了理论依据。本研究首次构建了基于多性状综合评价体系的核桃品种筛选模型,为核桃良种繁育提供了科学依据和技术支持,也为后续分子标记辅助选择奠定了基础。

Abstract
  Walnut, as an important woody oilseed and dried fruit resource, plays a significant role in industrial development. To investigate the phenotypic variation of growth traits during the seedling stage and to screen for superior varieties, this study selected 15 walnut cultivars and conducted a two-year observation experiment under identical cultivation conditions. A systematic analysis was performed on ten key growth traits, including plant height, stem diameter, and leaf number. Through statistical methods such as analysis of variance (ANOVA), principal component analysis (PCA), and cluster analysis, significant growth differences among the cultivars were revealed. The results demonstrated clear differentiation among the cultivars in terms of seedling growth rate and morphological development, with cultivars such as 'Xiangling' and 'Luguang' exhibiting superior overall growth performance. The study also found significant correlations between certain traits, such as a positive correlation between plant height and stem diameter, providing theoretical support for the establishment of early screening models. This research, for the first time, developed a walnut variety screening model based on a comprehensive evaluation system of multiple traits, offering scientific evidence and technical support for the breeding of superior walnut varieties, and laying the foundation for subsequent marker-assisted selection.
