摘 要
烧伤作为常见的创伤性疾病，其创面护理对患者康复至关重要。为探究更有效的烧伤创面护理方法，本研究以120例烧伤患者为对象，旨在评估综合护理干预在烧伤创面护理中的应用效果。通过随机分组，实验组接受包括心理疏导、个性化换药方案、营养支持等在内的综合护理干预措施，对照组则采用常规护理方式。研究过程中详细记录两组患者的创面愈合时间、感染发生率、疼痛评分及住院时长等指标。结果显示，实验组患者创面愈合时间明显缩短，平均愈合时间为（18.5±3.2）天，较对照组（24.6±4.5）天有显著差异；感染发生率为8.3%，低于对照组的20.0%；疼痛评分也显著降低，从入院时的中重度疼痛降至轻度疼痛；住院时长平均减少7天左右。这表明综合护理干预能有效促进烧伤创面愈合，降低感染风险，减轻患者痛苦并缩短住院时间。本研究创新性地将心理因素纳入护理体系，并强调个体化护理方案的重要性，为临床烧伤创面护理提供了新思路与实践依据，有助于提高护理质量，改善患者预后。

Abstract
Burn injury, as a common type of trauma, requires critical wound care for patient recovery. To investigate more effective burn wound care methods, this study evaluated the application effects of comprehensive nursing interventions on burn wound care among 120 burn patients. Patients were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group received comprehensive nursing interventions including psychological counseling, personalized dressing change protocols, and nutritional support, while the control group underwent conventional nursing care. During the study, detailed records were maintained for both groups regarding wound healing time, infection incidence, pain scores, and length of hospital stay. Results indicated that the experimental group had a significantly shorter wound healing time with an average of (18.5±3.2) days compared to (24.6±4.5) days in the control group; the infection incidence was 8.3%, lower than the 20.0% in the control group; pain scores also significantly decreased from moderate to severe pain at admission to mild pain; and the length of hospital stay was reduced by approximately 7 days on average. These findings suggest that comprehensive nursing interventions can effectively promote burn wound healing, reduce infection risks, alleviate patient suffering, and shorten hospital stays. This study innovatively incorporated psychological factors into the nursing system and emphasized the importance of individualized care plans, providing new insights and practical evidence for clinical burn wound care, thereby enhancing nursing quality and improving patient outcomes.
