摘 要
眼科手术作为治疗眼部疾病的重要手段，随着医疗技术的发展，其手术方式不断改进，但术前术后护理对患者康复效果及手术成功率的影响不容忽视。为提高眼科手术患者的护理质量，本研究基于某医院眼科2018 - 2023年期间接受不同类型眼科手术的300例患者资料进行回顾性分析。通过查阅病历资料、随访记录等收集患者基本信息、手术类型、术前术后护理措施以及患者恢复情况等数据。结果表明，完善的术前护理干预如心理疏导可减轻患者焦虑情绪，使患者以良好状态迎接手术；术后护理方面，个性化护理方案能有效预防并发症的发生，促进患者视力恢复，提高患者满意度。与传统护理模式相比，本研究构建的眼科手术患者护理模式创新点在于将整体护理理念贯穿于整个围手术期，并融入了更多的人文关怀元素，从生理 - 心理 - 社会多维度关注患者需求，不仅有助于改善患者预后，还为临床护理工作提供了新的思路和方法，对提升眼科手术患者的护理水平具有重要意义。

Abstract
Ophthalmic surgery, as an essential means for treating eye diseases, has seen continuous improvements in surgical techniques with the advancement of medical technology. However, the impact of preoperative and postoperative care on patient recovery outcomes and surgical success rates cannot be overlooked. To enhance the quality of care for ophthalmic surgery patients, this study conducted a retrospective analysis of 300 patients who underwent various types of ophthalmic surgeries at a hospital between 2018 and 2023. Data were collected from medical records and follow-up documentation, including patient demographics, types of surgery, preoperative and postoperative care measures, and recovery status. The results indicated that comprehensive preoperative interventions, such as psychological counseling, can alleviate patient anxiety and prepare them mentally for surgery. In terms of postoperative care, personalized care plans effectively prevented complications, promoted visual recovery, and increased patient satisfaction. Compared to traditional care models, the innovative aspect of the ophthalmic surgery care model developed in this study lies in integrating holistic nursing concepts throughout the perioperative period and incorporating more elements of humanistic care. This approach addresses patient needs from physiological, psychological, and social dimensions, not only improving patient prognosis but also providing new insights and methods for clinical nursing practice, which is significant for enhancing the level of care for ophthalmic surgery patients.
