摘 要
随着医疗技术的不断发展,护理技能的培训方式也面临着创新需求。基于虚拟现实技术的护理技能培训作为一种新兴模式,为解决传统培训中的资源限制、场景单一等问题提供了可能。本研究旨在评估基于虚拟现实技术的护理技能培训效果,以期为护理教育提供新的思路和方法。研究选取某医学院校护理专业学生作为研究对象,采用随机对照试验的方法,将受试者分为实验组和对照组,实验组接受基于虚拟现实技术的护理技能培训,对照组接受传统护理技能培训。通过问卷调查、操作考核等方式收集数据,运用统计学方法进行分析。结果显示,实验组在理论知识掌握、操作技能熟练度、应急处理能力等方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。这表明基于虚拟现实技术的护理技能培训能够有效提高学生的综合能力。其创新点在于突破了传统培训的空间和时间限制,提供了更加真实的模拟场景,使学生能够在安全的环境中反复练习,增强自信心和应变能力,同时降低了培训成本,提高了培训效率,为护理技能培训提供了新的途径和方法,对推动护理教育现代化具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the continuous advancement of medical technology, there is an increasing demand for innovation in nursing skills training methods. Virtual reality (VR)-based nursing skills training, as an emerging model, offers potential solutions to resource limitations and scenario singularity issues present in traditional training approaches. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of VR-based nursing skills training, providing new insights and methods for nursing education. Participants were selected from nursing students at a medical college and were divided into experimental and control groups using a randomized controlled trial design. The experimental group received VR-based nursing skills training, while the control group underwent traditional nursing skills training. Data were collected through questionnaires and practical assessments and analyzed using statistical methods. Results indicate that the experimental group outperformed the control group in theoretical knowledge acquisition, operational skill proficiency, and emergency response capabilities, with statistically significant differences. This suggests that VR-based nursing skills training can effectively enhance students' comprehensive abilities. The innovation lies in overcoming spatial and temporal constraints of traditional training, offering more realistic simulation scenarios, allowing students to practice repeatedly in a safe environment, thereby enhancing their confidence and adaptability. Additionally, it reduces training costs and improves training efficiency, providing new pathways and methods for nursing skills training, which is of great significance for promoting the modernization of nursing education.
