企业员工激励机制对绩效的影响研究旨在探讨有效的激励措施如何提升员工工作积极性和组织绩效。本研究基于现代企业管理理论,聚焦中国本土企业实践特点,通过问卷调查与案例分析相结合的方法,选取了不同行业、规模的30家企业作为样本,共收集有效问卷1200份。研究发现,物质激励与精神激励的有机结合能显著提高员工的工作满意度和忠诚度,其中非物质激励因素如职业发展机会、工作环境等对员工长期绩效影响更为深远。创新之处在于构建了一个综合评价模型,将传统经济回报与现代心理契约理论相结合,为企业提供了一套可操作性强的激励体系设计框架。研究结果表明,科学合理的激励机制不仅能直接提升员工个体绩效,更能增强团队协作精神,进而推动整个组织绩效的持续改进。该研究为企业管理者制定更符合人性需求的激励政策提供了理论依据和实证支持,具有重要的现实指导意义。

Abstract


This study investigates the impact of employee motivation mechanisms on performance, aiming to explore how effective motivational measures can enhance employee enthusiasm and organizational performance. Based on modern management theory and focusing on the characteristics of local Chinese enterprise practices, this research employs a combination of questionnaire surveys and case analysis, selecting 30 enterprises from various industries and sizes as samples, collecting a total of 1,200 valid questionnaires. The findings indicate that the integration of material and non-material incentives significantly improves employee job satisfaction and loyalty, with non-material factors such as career development opportunities and work environment having a more profound long-term impact on employee performance. An innovative aspect of this study is the construction of a comprehensive evaluation model that combines traditional economic rewards with modern psychological contract theory, providing enterprises with an operational fr amework for incentive system design. The results demonstrate that scientifically sound and reasonable motivation mechanisms not only directly improve individual employee performance but also strengthen team spirit, thereby promoting continuous improvement in overall organizational performance. This research offers theoretical foundations and empirical support for managers to develop more human-centered motivational policies, highlighting its significant practical guiding implications.
