摘 要
在全球化经济背景下，企业面临日益激烈的市场竞争，供应链管理成为提升企业竞争力的关键因素，成本控制则是供应链管理的核心内容之一。本研究旨在探讨企业供应链管理中的成本控制策略，以期为企业降低运营成本、提高经济效益提供理论支持与实践指导。通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法，深入剖析了企业在原材料采购、生产制造、物流配送等环节的成本构成及影响因素，并借鉴国内外优秀企业的成功经验。研究发现，构建信息共享平台可有效减少库存积压与浪费；优化供应商选择机制有助于降低采购成本；实施精益生产模式能提高资源利用率。创新性地提出基于大数据分析的动态成本监控体系，为实时掌握供应链各节点的成本变化提供了技术手段，这一成果不仅丰富了供应链成本管理理论，更为企业在复杂多变的市场环境中实现精准成本控制提供了新思路。

Abstract
In the context of a globalized economy, enterprises are confronted with increasingly fierce market competition, making supply chain management a critical factor in enhancing corporate competitiveness. Cost control constitutes one of the core components of supply chain management. This study aims to explore cost control strategies in enterprise supply chain management, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for reducing operational costs and improving economic efficiency. By integrating literature review and case analysis, this research thoroughly examines the cost structures and influencing factors at various stages, including raw material procurement, manufacturing, and logistics distribution, while drawing on the successful experiences of outstanding domestic and international enterprises. The findings indicate that establishing an information-sharing platform can effectively reduce inventory overstock and waste; optimizing supplier selection mechanisms helps lower procurement costs; and implementing lean production models can improve resource utilization. Innovatively, this study proposes a dynamic cost monitoring system based on big data analysis, offering a technological means for real-time tracking of cost changes across supply chain nodes. This achievement not only enriches the theory of supply chain cost management but also provides new approaches for enterprises to achieve precise cost control in a complex and volatile market environment.
