摘 要
企业战略联盟作为现代企业发展的重要模式,其形成机制与绩效评估一直是学术界和企业界关注的焦点。本文旨在探讨企业战略联盟的形成动因、构建过程及其对联盟绩效的影响路径,基于资源基础理论和社会网络理论,通过文献分析与案例研究相结合的方法,选取具有代表性的企业联盟样本进行深入剖析。研究发现,企业战略联盟的形成受内外部环境因素共同作用,内部资源互补性、外部市场压力及政策导向是关键驱动因素;在绩效评估方面,构建了涵盖财务指标、运营效率、创新能力等多维度的综合评价体系,实证结果表明良好的沟通机制、明确的战略目标以及合理的利益分配机制能够显著提升联盟绩效。本研究创新性地将定性分析与定量评估相结合,为理解企业战略联盟提供了新的视角,为企业管理者制定联盟策略提供了理论依据与实践指导,丰富了战略管理领域的相关理论研究。

Abstract
Corporate strategic alliances, as a crucial model for modern enterprise development, have been a focal point of both academic and business interest, particularly concerning their formation mechanisms and performance evaluation. This study aims to explore the driving forces behind the formation of corporate strategic alliances, their construction process, and the pathways through which they influence alliance performance. Grounded in resource-based theory and social network theory, this research employs a combination of literature analysis and case studies, selecting representative samples of corporate alliances for in-depth examination. The findings reveal that the formation of corporate strategic alliances is influenced by both internal and external environmental factors, with key drivers including internal resource complementarity, external market pressures, and policy directions. In terms of performance evaluation, a comprehensive assessment system encompassing financial metrics, operational efficiency, and innovation capabilities has been developed. Empirical results indicate that effective communication mechanisms, clear strategic ob jectives, and equitable profit distribution significantly enhance alliance performance. Innovatively integrating qualitative analysis with quantitative evaluation, this study offers a new perspective on understanding corporate strategic alliances, providing theoretical foundations and practical guidance for managers in formulating alliance strategies, thereby enriching the theoretical research in the field of strategic management.
