资产证券化作为一种重要的金融创新工具，在企业融资领域展现出独特优势，随着金融市场的发展和企业融资需求的多样化，传统融资方式面临诸多挑战，资产证券化为企业开辟了新的融资途径。本文旨在探讨资产证券化在企业融资中的创新与应用，通过文献研究、案例分析等方法，深入剖析其运作机制、风险特征及对企业财务结构的影响。研究表明，资产证券化能够有效盘活企业存量资产，优化资产负债表，降低融资成本，提高资金使用效率，且为投资者提供多样化的投资选择。创新之处在于构建了适用于不同类型企业的资产证券化模式框架，提出了基于大数据的风险评估体系，有助于精准识别和控制风险。

Abstract
As an important financial innovation tool, asset securitization has shown unique advantages in the field of enterprise financing. With the development of the financial market and the diversification of enterprise financing needs, traditional financing methods face many challenges, and asset securitization has opened up new financing ways for enterprises. This paper aims to explore the innovation and application of asset securitization in enterprise financing, and deeply analyze its operation mechanism, risk characteristics and its impact on enterprise financial structure through literature research, case analysis and other methods. The research shows that asset securitization can effectively invigorate the stock assets of enterprises, optimize the balance sheet, reduce the financing cost, improve the efficiency of capital use, and provide investors with diversified investment choices. The innovation lies in the construction of the asset securitization model fr amework applicable to different types of enterprises, and proposes the risk assessment system based on big data, which is helpful to accurately identify and control risks.
