Abstract 
  Wind power generation, as a crucial component of clean energy, plays a pivotal role in global energy transition. To enhance both economic and environmental benefits of wind farms, accurate assessment of wind energy resources and optimal site selection are essential. This study constructs a multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation system based on the characteristics of wind energy resources in typical regions of China, integrating Geographic Information System (GIS) and numerical simulation techniques for detailed analysis of candidate sites. Innovatively, a dynamic weighting algorithm is introduced to dynamically adjust evaluation parameters according to multiple factors such as topography and climate, thereby improving prediction accuracy. By comparing different models, the effectiveness and superiority of this method are validated. The results indicate that the proposed method can significantly improve the accuracy of wind energy resource assessment, providing a scientific basis for wind farm site selection. Additionally, ecological impacts and socio-economic factors are considered, leading to the proposal of an optimized site selection scheme that balances environmental protection and economic benefits. Analysis of multiple actual cases demonstrates the applicability of this method under complex terrain conditions, offering important references for the sustainable development of China’s wind power industry. The research not only enriches the theoretical fr amework of wind energy resource assessment but also provides practical tools for wind project planning, possessing significant academic value and application prospects.
