员工培训与企业创新文化的培育路径           

摘    要

  随着全球化竞争加剧和知识经济时代的到来,企业创新成为保持竞争优势的关键因素,而员工培训作为提升员工素质、激发创新能力的重要手段,在企业创新文化培育中扮演着不可或缺的角色。本研究旨在探讨员工培训与企业创新文化培育之间的内在联系及路径,以期为企业构建创新文化提供理论依据与实践指导。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理,结合案例分析法、问卷调查法等方法,选取具有代表性的企业进行深入研究。结果表明,系统化的员工培训能够从理念塑造、技能提升、团队协作等方面促进企业创新文化的形成与发展。例如,通过开展创新思维培训可改变员工传统观念,使其更易接受新事物;技能培训有助于提高员工解决实际问题的能力,为创新奠定基础;团队协作培训能增强员工间的沟通交流,营造良好的创新氛围。

Abstract 
  With the intensification of global competition and the advent of the era of knowledge economy, enterprise innovation has become the key factor to maintain the competitive advantage, and staff training, as an important means to improve the quality of employees and stimulate the innovation ability, plays an indispensable role in the cultivation of enterprise innovation culture. The purpose of this study is to explore the internal connection and path between employee training and enterprise innovation culture cultivation, in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for enterprises to construct innovation culture. Through the combing of the relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with the case analysis method, questionnaire survey method and other methods, the representative enterprises are selected for in-depth research. The results show that systematic staff training can promote the formation and development of enterprise innovation culture from the aspects of concept shaping, skill improvement and teamwork. For example, innovative thinking training can change their traditional ideas to accept new things; skills training can solve practical problems and lay the foundation for innovation; teamwork training can enhance communication between employees and create a good atmosphere for innovation.
