摘 要
随着现代社会信息量的急剧增加和生活节奏的加快,小学生的注意力品质面临诸多挑战,而正念训练作为一种有效的心理干预手段,为改善小学生注意力品质提供了新的思路。本研究旨在探讨正念训练在培养小学生注意力品质中的运用效果,通过前测 - 中测 - 后测的方式,利用注意力网络测试、教师评价量表、家长观察问卷等多维度评估工具收集数据。结果表明,实验组学生在警觉性、定向性、执行控制等方面均表现出显著进步,其注意力稳定性、专注度及抗干扰能力明显优于对照组,且这种优势在不同性别、年级间无显著差异。这说明正念训练能有效提升小学生的注意力品质,创新之处在于将正念训练系统地引入小学教育体系,并构建了适用于小学生的正念训练模式,为学校心理健康教育提供了一种可操作性强、效果显著的新方法,对促进小学生身心健康发展具有重要意义。

A Study on the Application of Mindfulness Training in Cultivating Attention Qualities in Primary School Students

Abstract
With the rapid increase of the amount of information in modern society and the acceleration of the pace of life, the attention quality of primary school students faces many challenges. As an effective psychological intervention, mindfulness training provides a new way to improve the attention quality of primary school students. The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of mindfulness training in cultivating the attention quality of primary school students. Through the way of pre-test, mid-test and post-test, attention network test, teacher evaluation scale, parent observation questionnaire and other multidimensional assessment tools are used to collect data. The results showed that the experimental group showed significant progress in alertness, orientation and executive control, and their attention stability, concentration and anti-interference ability were significantly better than the control group, and there was no significant difference between different genders and grades. This shows that mindfulness training can effectively improve the attention quality of primary school students. The innovation lies in systematically introducing mindfulness training into the primary school education system, and constructing a mindfulness training model suitable for primary school students, which provides a new method with strong operability and remarkable effect for school mental health education, and is of great significance for promoting the physical and mental health development of primary school students.
