摘 要
随着教育改革的不断深入,小学教师教学反思能力的培养成为提升教学质量的关键因素。本研究旨在探讨小学教师教学反思能力的培养机制与实践策略,以期为教师专业发展提供理论支持和实践指导。当前小学教师教学反思存在形式化、缺乏深度等问题,主要源于教师自身观念滞后、学校缺乏系统性支持体系以及评价机制不完善。为此,本研究提出构建多元化的培养机制,包括建立完善的校本培训制度、营造积极的教学反思文化氛围、优化教学反思评价体系等,并从个体层面强调教师自主学习意识的觉醒,倡导同伴互助合作模式。该研究创新性地将教学反思能力培养融入教师日常教育教学活动之中,不仅丰富了教师教育理论,更为促进小学教师专业成长提供了切实可行的操作路径,有助于推动基础教育质量的整体提升。

Abstract
With the deepening of education reform, the cultivation of teaching reflection ability of primary school teachers has become the key factor to improve teaching quality. The purpose of this study is to explore the training mechanism and practical strategies of primary school teachers' reflective ability in teaching, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for teachers' professional development. At present, there are some problems such as formalization and lack of depth in the teaching reflection of primary school teachers, which are mainly due to the lagging concept of teachers themselves, the lack of systematic support system in schools and the imperfect evaluation mechanism. Therefore, this study proposes to construct a diversified training mechanism, including the establishment of a sound school-based training system, the creation of a positive teaching reflection cultural atmosphere, the optimization of teaching reflection evaluation system, and from the individual level, emphasize the awakening of teachers' self-learning consciousness and advocate the mode of peer mutual assistance and cooperation. This research innovatively integrates the training of teaching reflection ability into the daily teaching activities of teachers, which not only enrichis the theory of teacher education, but also provides a practical and feasible operation path to promote the professional growth of primary school teachers, and helps to promote the overall improvement of the quality of basic education.
