  随着化工行业的发展,传统溶剂的使用带来了诸多环境问题,绿色溶剂因其环境友好性成为研究热点。本研究旨在系统评价绿色溶剂在化工过程中的环境友好性,为绿色化学工艺开发提供理论依据。通过文献调研和实验分析相结合的方法,选取了离子液体、超临界流体等典型绿色溶剂作为研究对象,基于生命周期评价理论构建评价指标体系,涵盖资源消耗、污染物排放、生态毒性等方面。结果表明,与传统有机溶剂相比,绿色溶剂在减少挥发性有机物排放、降低能耗以及减轻对水体和土壤污染方面具有显著优势。创新性地引入了多属性决策方法对不同绿色溶剂进行综合排序,发现离子液体在多个环境指标上表现优异,而超临界二氧化碳则在特定应用场景下展现出独特价值。本研究不仅填补了绿色溶剂环境友好性系统评价方面的空白,还为工业界选择合适的绿色溶剂提供了科学指导,推动了化工行业的可持续发展进程。

Abstract 
  With the development of the chemical industry, the use of traditional solvents has led to numerous environmental issues. Green solvents have emerged as a research focus due to their environmental friendliness. This study aims to systematically evaluate the environmental friendliness of green solvents in chemical processes, providing a theoretical basis for the development of green chemical technologies. By integrating literature review and experimental analysis, typical green solvents such as ionic liquids and supercritical fluids were selected as research subjects. Based on life cycle assessment theory, an evaluation indicator system was constructed, encompassing aspects such as resource consumption, pollutant emissions, and ecotoxicity. The results indicate that compared to traditional organic solvents, green solvents exhibit significant advantages in reducing volatile organic compound emissions, lowering energy consumption, and mitigating water and soil pollution. Innovatively, a multi-attribute decision-making method was introduced to comprehensively rank different green solvents, revealing that ionic liquids perform excellently across multiple environmental indicators, while supercritical carbon dioxide demonstrates unique value in specific application scenarios. This study not only fills the gap in systematic evaluations of the environmental friendliness of green solvents but also provides scientific guidance for the industrial selection of appropriate green solvents, thereby promoting the sustainable development of the chemical industry.
