摘 要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展，智能化财务预算系统逐渐成为中小企业提升财务管理效率的重要工具。本研究旨在评估智能化财务预算系统在中小企业中的应用效果，通过分析该系统对中小企业财务管理水平、经营决策支持能力以及成本控制效能的影响，揭示其实际应用价值。研究选取了不同行业具有代表性的50家中小企业作为样本，采用问卷调查与实地访谈相结合的方法收集数据，并运用统计分析软件进行数据分析。结果表明，智能化财务预算系统的应用显著提高了中小企业的预算编制准确性与时效性，增强了企业内部资源分配的合理性，有效降低了运营成本，提升了企业应对市场变化的能力。此外，该系统还促进了企业财务信息透明度的提高，加强了内部控制机制的有效性。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, the intelligent financial budget system has gradually become an important tool for small and medium-sized enterprises to improve their financial management efficiency. This study aims to evaluate the application effect of intelligent financial budget system in small and medium-sized enterprises, and analyze the influence of the system on the financial management level of smes, operation decision support ability and cost control efficiency. In the study, 50 representative SMEs from different industries were selected as samples, and questionnaire survey and field interview were used to collect data, and statistical analysis software was used for data analysis. The results show that the application of intelligent financial budget system significantly improves the accuracy and timeliness of budgeting of small and medium-sized enterprises, enhances the rationality of internal resource allocation of enterprises, effectively reduces the operating costs, and improves the ability of enterprises to cope with market changes. In addition, the system also promotes the transparency of corporate financial information and strengthens the effectiveness of the internal control mechanism.
