摘 要
随着全球化进程的加速和市场竞争的日益激烈,供应链管理成为企业提升竞争力的关键因素,而财务预算作为企业资源分配与成本控制的重要工具,在供应链管理中发挥着不可替代的作用。本研究旨在探讨财务预算在供应链管理中的集成与优化,以实现供应链整体效益的最大化。通过文献综述、案例分析以及实证研究相结合的方法,深入剖析了财务预算与供应链各环节之间的内在联系,构建了基于价值创造的财务预算集成模型,该模型不仅涵盖了传统的采购、生产、销售等环节,还创新性地将客户服务、风险管理纳入其中,形成了一个完整的闭环系统。

Abstract
With the acceleration of globalization and the increasingly fierce market competition, supply chain management has become a key factor for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness, and financial budget, as an important tool for enterprise resource allocation and cost control, plays an irreplaceable role in supply chain management. This study aims to explore the integration and optimization of financial budget in supply chain management to maximize the overall benefits of the supply chain. Through the literature review, case analysis and the combination of empirical research, deeply analyzes the financial budget and the internal link between each link of supply chain, build the financial budget based on value creation integration model, the model not only covers the traditional procurement, production, sales, also innovative incorporated customer service, risk management, formed a complete closed loop system.
