摘 要
中小企业作为国民经济的重要组成部分，在促进经济增长、技术创新和就业吸纳方面发挥着不可替代的作用。然而，受制于资源有限、抗风险能力较弱等内在因素，中小企业的成长往往面临诸多挑战，其中财务战略的制定与实施尤为关键。本研究以财务战略对中小企业成长的影响为切入点，旨在探讨不同财务战略选择如何作用于企业成长，并识别其核心驱动机制。研究采用定量与定性相结合的方法，通过问卷调查收集了300余家中小企业的数据，并运用多元回归分析验证假设。同时，选取典型企业进行案例分析，以补充量化研究结果并深化理论理解。研究表明，合理的资本结构优化、现金流管理以及投资决策能够显著提升中小企业的成长潜力，而过度依赖短期融资或忽视风险管理则可能抑制企业发展。此外，研究发现企业主的财务管理能力和外部环境支持在这一过程中起到重要的调节作用。

Abstract
Small and medium-sized enterprises, as an essential part of the national economy, play an irreplaceable role in promoting economic growth, technological innovation, and job creation. However, constrained by limited resources and weaker risk resistance, SMEs often face numerous challenges in their development, with the formulation and implementation of financial strategies being particularly critical. This study focuses on the impact of financial strategy on the growth of SMEs, aiming to explore how different financial strategy choices influence corporate growth and identify their core driving mechanisms. The research employs a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, collecting data from over 300 SMEs through surveys and using multiple regression analysis to test hypotheses. Additionally, case studies of typical enterprises are selected to complement the quantitative findings and deepen theoretical understanding. The study shows that reasonable capital structure optimization, cash flow management, and investment decisions can significantly enhance the growth potential of SMEs, while over-reliance on short-term financing or neglecting risk management may inhibit corporate development. Furthermore, the research finds that the financial management capabilities of business owners and external environmental support play important regulatory roles in this process.
