摘 要
本研究针对幼儿社交技能培养的策略与实践进行了深入探讨。在当前社会，幼儿社交技能的培养显得愈发重要，它不仅关乎个体的心理健康发展，更是未来社会适应能力的基础。本研究旨在通过科学的方法和实践案例，分析并提炼出有效的幼儿社交技能培养策略。研究方法上，我们结合了定量分析与定性访谈，通过对多所幼儿园的长期观察和实地调研，收集了大量一手数据。研究结果显示，通过情境模拟、角色扮演以及团体互动游戏等多元化教学方法，幼儿的社交技能得到了显著提升。此外，教师的引导方式和家庭环境的支持也对幼儿社交技能的发展起到了关键作用。

Abstract
In this study, the strategies and practices of developing social skills training in young children were deeply explored. In the current society, the cultivation of children's social skills is becoming more and more important. It is not only related to the development of individual mental health, but also the basis of future social adaptability. This study aims to analyze and refine effective strategies for developing infant social skills through scientific methods and practice cases. In terms of research methods, we combined quantitative analysis with qualitative interview, and collected a large number of first-hand data through long-term observation and field research in many kindergartens. The results show that children's social skills have been significantly improved through multiple teaching methods such as situational simulation, role-playing and group interactive games. In addition, teacher guidance and support from family environment also play a key role in the development of social skills.
