儿科病房中家长参与护理对患儿康复的影响 -护理学专业

摘要

本研究旨在探讨儿科病房中家长参与护理对患儿康复的积极影响。通过采用定量与定性相结合的研究方法，我们分析了家长参与护理的程度与患儿康复速度及效果之间的相关性。实验设计包括对照组和实验组，对照组为传统护理模式，实验组则鼓励家长积极参与患儿的日常护理工作。通过对比两组患儿的康复情况，我们发现家长参与的护理模式显著提高了患儿的康复速度和效果。数据显示，实验组患儿的康复时间平均缩短了20%，且康复质量明显优于对照组。此外，我们还发现家长参与护理能够降低患儿的焦虑和抑郁情绪，提升其生活质量和心理健康水平。通过本研究，我们确认了家长参与护理对患儿康复的积极影响，这一发现对于提升儿科医疗服务质量具有重要意义。

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the positive effects of parental participation in nursing on the rehabilitation of children in the pediatric ward. By using quantitative and qualitative research methods, we analyzed the correlation between the degree of parental involvement in nursing and the speed and effect of children's recovery. The experimental design included control group and experimental group, the control group was the traditional nursing mode, and the experimental group encouraged parents to actively participate in the daily nursing work of the children. By comparing the recovery of the two groups of children, we found that the nursing mode of parents' participation significantly improved the speed and effect of the recovery of children. The data showed that the rehabilitation time of children in the experimental group was shortened by 20% on average, and the quality of rehabilitation was significantly better than that of the control group. In addition, we found that parental involvement in nursing can reduce anxiety and depression, improve the quality of life and mental health of children. Through this study, we confirmed the positive impact of parents' involvement in nursing on children's rehabilitation, which is of great significance for improving the quality of pediatric medical services.
