摘 要
本文围绕农业水资源管理与节水灌溉技术的推广效果展开深入研究。首先,系统分析了农业水资源利用现状,揭示了当前水资源管理中存在的问题,并考察了节水灌溉技术的应用现状。研究发现,尽管节水灌溉技术在一定范围内得到了应用,但水资源管理仍面临诸多挑战,如水资源利用效率低、灌溉方式落后等。随后,文章对节水灌溉技术的推广效果进行了全面评估,从技术应用效果、经济效益和社会效益三个维度进行了深入分析。评估结果显示,节水灌溉技术的推广对于提高水资源利用效率、增加农作物产量、促进农民增收等方面具有显著效果。最后,针对节水灌溉技术推广中存在的问题,提出了优化策略,包括加强政策支持与制度保障、推动技术创新与人才培养、完善推广机制等。这些策略旨在进一步提升节水灌溉技术的普及率和应用效果,为农业水资源管理提供有力支撑,促进农业可持续发展。

ABSTRACT
This article conducts in-depth research on the promotion effect of agricultural water resource management and water-saving irrigation technology. Firstly, the system analyzed the current status of agricultural water resource utilization, revealed the problems existing in current water resource management, and examined the application status of water-saving irrigation technology. Research has found that although water-saving irrigation technology has been applied to a certain extent, water resource management still faces many challenges, such as low water resource utilization efficiency and outdated irrigation methods. Subsequently, the article comprehensively evaluated the promotion effect of water-saving irrigation technology, and conducted in-depth analysis from three dimensions: technical application effect, economic benefits, and social benefits. The evaluation results show that the promotion of water-saving irrigation technology has significant effects on improving water resource utilization efficiency, increasing crop yields, and promoting farmers' income. Finally, optimization strategies were proposed to address the problems in promoting water-saving irrigation technology, including strengthening policy support and institutional guarantees, promoting technological innovation and talent cultivation, and improving promotion mechanisms. These strategies aim to further enhance the popularity and application effectiveness of water-saving irrigation technology, provide strong support for agricultural water resource management, and promote sustainable agricultural development.
