工业废水处理技术进展及其环境影响评价

摘  要

随着工业化进程的加速,工业废水排放问题日益严峻,对水资源和生态环境构成了巨大威胁。传统工业废水处理技术虽然在一定程度上能够去除废水中的污染物,但其处理效率和效果有限,且往往伴随着较高的能耗和二次污染风险。本研究对工业废水处理技术的发展历程、现代技术创新与应用、环境影响评价方法以及未来发展趋势进行了系统探讨。通过分析传统工业废水处理技术的局限性,本研究揭示了现代技术在提高处理效率、降低能耗和减少二次污染方面的优势。同时,本研究构建了环境影响评价的基本框架与指标体系,对工业废水处理技术对水质和生态系统的潜在影响进行了评估。最后,本研究展望了新兴技术在工业废水处理中的应用前景,并提出了促进技术发展的政策建议,以期实现工业废水处理的可持续发展。

PROGRESS OF INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY AND ITS ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT

ABSTRACT

With the acceleration of industrialization, the problem of industrial wastewater discharge is increasingly serious, which poses a great threat to water resources and ecological environment. Although the traditional industrial wastewater treatment technology can remove the pollutants in the wastewater to a certain extent, its treatment efficiency and effect are limited, and it is often accompanied by high energy consumption and secondary pollution risk. In this study, the development process of treatment technology, modern technology innovation and application, environmental impact assessment method and future development trend of industrial wastewater treatment technology are discussed systematically. By analyzing the limitations of traditional industrial wastewater treatment techniques, this study reveals the advantages of modern technologies in improving treatment efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and reducing secondary pollution. Meanwhile, the basic fr amework and index system of environmental impact assessment were constructed, and then the potential impact of industrial wastewater treatment technology on water quality and ecosystem were constructed. Finally, this study discusses the application prospect of emerging technologies in industrial wastewater treatment, and makes policy suggestions to promote the development of technology in order to realize the sustainable development of industrial wastewater treatment.
