土壤有机污染物的生物降解技术研究

摘  要

随着工业化进程的加速,土壤有机污染问题日益严峻,对人类健康和生态环境构成了严重威胁。有机污染物种类繁多,来源广泛,它们在土壤中的迁移转化机制复杂,难以被自然降解。本研究针对土壤有机污染问题,系统探讨了有机污染物的种类、迁移转化机制以及微生物在降解过程中的作用机制。通过分析环境因子对生物降解过程的影响,优化了生物降解技术,并筛选出高效降解菌株进行功能强化。同时,结合典型污染场地的应用案例,验证了生物修复技术的有效性和可行性。此外,本研究还展望了土壤有机污染物生物降解的未来发展方向,包括新型生物降解材料的研发、多学科交叉融合下的技术创新以及政策法规对生物降解技术发展的影响,为土壤有机污染的生物修复领域提供了新的思路和方向。

RESEARCH ON THE BIODEGRADATION TECHNOLOGY OF SOIL ORGANIC POLLUTANTS

ABSTRACT

With the acceleration of industrialization, the problem of soil organic pollution is increasingly serious, which poses a serious threat to human health and ecological environment. Organic pollutants have a wide range of species and sources, and their migration and transformation mechanism in the soil is complex, so it is difficult to be degraded naturally. In this study, the problem of soil organic pollution, the mechanism of organic pollutants and the mechanism of microorganisms in the degradation process. By analyzing the effects of environmental factors on biodegradation processes, the biodegradation technique was optimized and highly degradation strains were selected for functional enhancement. Meanwhile, the effectiveness and feasibility of bioremediation techniques were verified with the application cases of typical contaminated sites. In addition, this study also prospects the future development direction of the biodegradation of soil organic pollutants, including the research and development of new biodegradable materials, technological innovation under the multidisciplinary integration, and the impact of policies and regulations on the development of biodegradation technology, which provides new ideas and directions for the field of bioremediation of soil organic pollution.
