本文旨在综合探讨交通排放对空气质量造成的负面效应及可行的减排策略。首先,文章详细阐述了交通排放源的分类与特征,以及主要污染物的排放机制,为后续分析奠定基础。接着,通过对交通排放对空气质量影响的深入评估,揭示了交通排放对环境质量的重大影响。为应对这一问题,文章进一步分析了清洁能源车辆的应用潜力、智能交通系统的减排效果以及交通需求管理策略的评估,这些构成了交通减排的主要技术路径。此外,还对比分析了国内外典型减排政策,提出了减排目标的设定与分解方法,并构建了政策实施保障机制。本研究不仅为理解交通排放与空气质量之间的关系提供了理论依据,也为制定和实施有效的交通减排政策提供了实践指导,对于促进可持续发展和改善空气质量具有重要意义。

ABSTRACT
This article aims to comprehensively explore the negative effects of transportation emissions on air quality and feasible emission reduction strategies. Firstly, the article elaborates on the classification and characteristics of transportation emission sources, as well as the emission mechanisms of major pollutants, laying the foundation for subsequent analysis. Furthermore, through an in-depth assessment of the impact of transportation emissions on air quality, the significant impact of transportation emissions on environmental quality was revealed. To address this issue, the article further analyzes the application potential of clean energy vehicles, the emission reduction effect of intelligent transportation systems, and the evaluation of transportation demand management strategies, which constitute the main technical paths for transportation emission reduction. In addition, typical emission reduction policies at home and abroad were compared and analyzed, and methods for setting and decomposing emission reduction targets were proposed. A policy implementation guarantee mechanism was also constructed. This study not only provides a theoretical basis for understanding the relationship between transportation emissions and air quality, but also provides practical guidance for formulating and implementing effective transportation emission reduction policies, which is of great significance for promoting sustainable development and improving air quality.
