海洋塑料垃圾污染现状及对海洋生物的影响研究
摘 要
随着全球海洋塑料垃圾污染问题日益严重,其对海洋生态系统的威胁已成为国际社会关注的焦点。近岸海域尤其是人口密集地区的塑料垃圾浓度显著高于远海区域,且微塑料在海洋食物链中的累积效应尤为突出。通过对多种海洋生物的实验观察,发现塑料垃圾不仅直接导致生物误食和物理损伤,还通过化学污染引发内分泌干扰和免疫系统紊乱。特别值得注意的是,微塑料在浮游生物体内的富集速度远超预期,进一步加剧了其在食物链中的传递风险。本研究的创新之处在于首次结合多尺度遥感技术和分子生物学手段,揭示了微塑料在海洋生态系统中的动态迁移机制。研究结果为制定针对性的海洋环境保护政策提供了科学依据,并为未来全球范围内的海洋塑料污染治理提供了新的视角和方法。

RESEARCH ON THE STATUS QUO OF MARINE PLASTIC WASTE POLLUTION AND ITS IMPACT ON MARINE LIFE
ABSTRACT
With the increasingly serious problem of Marine plastic waste pollution in the world, its threat to the Marine ecosystem has become the focus of the international community. The concentration of plastic waste in the coastal areas, especially in the densely populated areas, is significantly higher than that in the offshore areas, and the cumulative effect of microplastics in the Marine food chain is particularly prominent. Through the experimental observation of a variety of Marine organisms, it is found that plastic waste not only directly leads to biological ingestion and physical damage, but also causes endocrine interference and immune system disorder through chemical pollution. In particular, it is noted that microplastics enrich in plankton much faster than expected, further increasing the risk of transmission to the food chain. The innovation of this study is the first combination of multi-scale remote sensing technology and molecular biological means to reveal the dynamic migration mechanism of microplastics in marine ecosystems. The results provide a scientific basis for the formulation of targeted Marine environmental protection policies, and provide a new perspective and method for the global control of Marine plastic pollution in the future.
