摘 要
随着城市化进程的加快,小型体育馆在社区健康促进和公共文化服务中的作用日益凸显。本研究旨在探讨城市小型体育馆建筑空间布局的优化策略,以提升其功能性和用户体验。研究背景基于当前城市空间紧张和居民对健康生活方式的需求增加,现有小型体育馆的空间布局往往难以满足多样化的使用需求。研究目的在于通过系统分析和实证研究,提出科学合理的空间布局方案。研究方法采用文献综述、实地调研和计算机模拟相结合的方式,首先对国内外相关案例进行比较分析,然后选取中国多个城市的典型小型体育馆进行实地考察,最后利用BIM技术进行空间布局的模拟优化。研究结果显示,合理的流线设计、多功能空间的整合以及自然采光与通风的优化是提升小型体育馆空间效率的关键因素。具体而言,通过将休息区与运动区合理分隔,增加可变性强的多功能区域,以及利用自然光和通风减少能源消耗,可以显著提高场馆的使用率和用户满意度。结论部分强调了本研究的创新点在于结合实际需求和技术手段,提出了适用于中国城市的小型体育馆空间布局优化模型,为未来城市规划和建筑设计提供了理论支持和实践参考。

Abstract
With the acceleration of the urbanization process, the role of small gymnasiums in community health promotion and public cultural services is becoming increasingly prominent. This study aims to explore the strategies for optimizing the spatial layout of small urban gymnasium buildings to enhance their functionality and user experience. The research background is based on the current urban spatial tension and the increasing demand of residents for a healthy lifestyle, and the spatial layout of the existing small gymnasiums is often difficult to meet the diversified use needs. The purpose of the research is to propose a scientific and reasonable spatial layout scheme through systematic analysis and empirical research. The research method adopts a combination of literature review, field investigation and computer simulation. Firstly, the comparative analysis of relevant cases at home and abroad is conducted, and then the typical small gymnasiums in many cities in China are selected for field investigation. Finally, BIM technology is used to simulate the optimization of spatial layout. The results show that reasonable streamline design, integration of multi-functional space and optimization of natural lighting and ventilation are the key factors to improve the spatial efficiency of small gymnasiums. Specifically, the utilization rate and user satisfaction of the venue can be significantly improved by reasonably separating the rest area from the exercise area, increasing the multifunctional area with strong variability, and using natural ventilation and light to reduce energy consumption. The conclusion section emphasizes that the innovation point of this study is to combine the actual needs and technical means, and proposes the spatial layout optimization model of small gymnasiums suitable for Chinese cities, which provides theoretical support and practical reference for future urban planning and architectural design.
