摘 要
传统民居建筑元素在现代住宅设计中的应用研究，旨在探讨如何将中国丰富的传统建筑文化融入当代居住环境，以提升居住品质和文化认同感。随着城市化进程的加速，现代住宅设计往往忽视了地域文化的传承，导致建筑风格趋同和人文特色的丧失。本研究通过文献综述、案例分析和实地调研相结合的方法，系统梳理了中国各地传统民居的建筑元素，如木结构、青砖灰瓦、庭院布局等，并分析其在现代住宅设计中的适用性和创新性。研究发现，合理运用传统建筑元素不仅能增强建筑的美学价值，还能提高居住的舒适度和可持续性。例如，借鉴传统民居的通风采光设计可以有效改善室内环境质量；采用地方材料和工艺则有助于减少建筑对环境的负面影响。此外，本研究还提出了具体的应用策略和设计指南，为设计师提供了实用的参考。通过对中国多个成功案例的分析，如北京的四合院改造项目和苏州的园林式住宅区建设，验证了传统建筑元素在现代住宅设计中的可行性和优势。最终，本研究不仅丰富了现代住宅设计的理论体系，也为实际工程提供了有益的指导，促进了传统文化的传承与创新发展。

Abstract
The research on the application of traditional residential architectural elements in modern residential design aims to explore how to integrate Chinese rich traditional architectural culture into the contemporary living environment, so as to improve the living quality and cultural identity. With the acceleration of the urbanization process, the modern residential design often ignores the inheritance of regional culture, leading to the convergence of architectural style and the loss of humanistic characteristics. Through the combination of literature review, case analysis and field research, this study systematically combs the architectural elements of traditional residential houses in China, such as wood structure, blue brick and grey tiles, courtyard layout, and analyzes its applicability and innovation in modern residential design. Research find that the rational use of traditional architectural elements can not only enhance the aesthetic value of the building, but also improve the comfort and sustainability of living. For example, the traditional design can effectively improve the indoor environment quality; the local materials and processes can help to reduce the negative impact of buildings on the environment. Moreover, this study presents specific application strategies and design guidelines, which provide practical references for designers. Through the analysis of many successful cases in China, such as the courtyard renovation project in Beijing and the construction of garden-style residential areas in Suzhou, the feasibility and advantages of traditional architectural elements in modern residential design are verified. Finally, this study not only enriches the theoretical system of modern residential design, but also provides useful guidance for practical engineering, and promotes the inheritance and innovative development of traditional culture.
