摘 要
随着城市化进程的加速,老旧社区公共空间的改造与活化成为提升居民生活质量的重要课题。本研究旨在探讨如何通过系统性的改造策略,实现老旧社区公共空间的功能优化和活力提升。老旧社区公共空间的改造应注重功能复合化和空间多样化。例如,通过引入多功能活动中心、绿色休闲区等新型设施,提升公共空间的吸引力和使用率。同时,研究发现居民参与度和社区文化传承是影响改造效果的关键因素。因此,建议在改造过程中加强居民参与机制,并注重保护和传承社区的历史文化特色。本文提出了基于居民需求和社区特色的个性化改造方案,突破了传统改造模式的局限性。其次,通过实证研究验证了改造策略的有效性,为其他类似项目提供了可借鉴的经验。最后,本研究不仅丰富了城市更新理论体系,也为实际操作提供了具体指导,具有重要的学术价值和实践意义。

Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization, the transformation and activation of the public space of old communities has become an important topic to improve the living quality of residents. This study aims to explore how to realize the function optimization and vitality enhancement of the old community public space through the systematic reconstruction strategy. The transformation of the old community public space should pay attention to the functional compound and the spatial diversification. For example, by introducing new facilities such as multi-functional activity centers and green leisure areas, the attraction and utilization rate of public space will be enhanced. At the same time, the study found that residents' participation and community cultural inheritance are the key factors affecting the transformation effect. Therefore, it is suggested to strengthen the participation mechanism of residents in the transformation process, and pay attention to the protection and inheritance of the historical and cultural characteristics of the community. This paper proposes a personalized transformation scheme based on the needs of residents and community characteristics, which breaks through the limitations of the traditional transformation mode. Secondly, the effectiveness of the modification strategy, which provides empirical experience for other similar projects. Finally, this study not only enriches the theoretical system of urban renewal, but also provides specific guidance for practical operation, which is of great academic value and practical significance.
