摘 要
历史街区作为城市文化遗产的重要组成部分，承载着丰富的历史信息和文化价值。然而，随着城市化进程的加速，许多历史街区面临着保护与发展的双重挑战。如何在保留其历史文化特色的同时，赋予其现代功能，成为当前城市规划和文化遗产保护领域的重要课题。本研究旨在探讨历史街区保护与现代功能融合的有效策略，通过文献综述、案例分析和实地调研相结合的方法，系统分析了国内外相关实践经验。研究发现，成功的历史街区保护项目往往注重社区参与和可持续发展理念的融入，通过创新的空间设计和功能布局，实现了历史文化与现代生活的和谐共存。例如，中国苏州平江路历史街区的改造项目，通过引入文创产业和休闲旅游功能，不仅提升了街区的经济活力，还增强了居民的文化认同感。本研究的创新点在于提出了“文化嵌入式”保护模式，强调在保护过程中将历史文化元素有机融入现代功能之中。主要贡献在于为历史街区的保护与发展提供了理论支持和实践指导，有助于推动城市文化遗产的可持续利用和传承。未来研究应进一步关注新技术在历史街区保护中的应用，以及全球化背景下文化多样性的维护问题。

Abstract
As an important part of the city's cultural heritage, the historical district carries rich historical information and cultural value. However, with the acceleration of urbanization, many historic districts face the dual challenges of conservation and development. How to preserve its historical and cultural characteristics while giving its modern functions has become an important topic in the field of urban planning and cultural heritage protection. This study aims to explore effective strategies for the integration of historic district conservation and modern functions, and to systematically analyze relevant practical experiences at home and abroad through a combination of literature review, case analysis and field research. The study found that successful historic district protection projects often focus on the integration of community participation and the concept of sustainable development, and realize the harmonious coexistence of historical culture and modern life through innovative spatial design and functional layout. For example, the renovation project of Pingjiang Road Historic District in Suzhou, China, not only enhances the economic vitality of the district, but also enhances the cultural identity of the residents by introducing the functions of cultural and creative industry and leisure tourism. The innovation point of this research lies in the "cultural embedded" protection mode, which emphasizes the organic integration of historical and cultural elements into modern functions in the protection process. The main contribution lies in providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the protection and development of historical blocks, and helping to promote the sustainable utilization and inheritance of urban cultural heritage. Future research should focus further on the application of new technologies in the conservation of historic districts and the maintenance of cultural diversity in the context of globalization.
