畜禽饲养环境对肉类品质的影响机制分析

摘  要
随着现代畜牧业的发展,畜禽饲养环境对肉类品质的影响日益受到关注。畜禽饲养环境包括空气质量、温湿度、光照和噪音等多重因素,这些环境因素直接影响着动物的生长、生理机能以及健康状态,从而间接影响肉类的品质。本研究旨通过综合分析畜禽饲养环境中的空气质量、温湿度、光照和噪音等因素,探讨了它们对肉类品质的影响机制。研究良好的空气质量、适宜的温湿度、适宜的光照以及低噪音环境均对肉类品质影响。并在此基础上,本研究提出了一系列畜禽饲养环境优化策略,包括改善空气质量、调节温湿度、优化光照以及减少噪音等,以期为提高肉类品质提供有效途径。

ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE MECHANISM OF LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY FEEDING ENVIRONMENT ON MEAT QUALITY

ABSTRACT
With the development of modern animal husbandry, the influence of livestock and poultry feeding environment on meat quality is increasingly concerned. The feeding environment of livestock and poultry includes multiple factors such as air quality, temperature and humidity, light and noise. These environmental factors directly affect the growth, physiological function and health state of animals, thus indirectly affecting the quality of meat. This paper discusses the mechanism of air quality, temperature and humidity, light and noise on meat quality. Good air quality, suitable temperature and humidity, suitable light and low noise environment have their influence on meat quality. Based on this basis, this study proposed a series of environmental optimization strategies for livestock and poultry breeding, including improving air quality, adjusting temperature and humidity, optimizing light and reducing noise, in order to provide an effective way to improve meat quality.
