随着城市化进程的加速和基础设施建设的不断扩大,建筑工程作为推动社会经济发展的重要力量,其质量问题日益成为社会关注的焦点。近年来,国内外频发的工程质量事故不仅造成了巨大的经济损失,更对人民生命财产安全构成了严重威胁,影响了社会稳定与民众信任。因此,深入剖析工程质量问题的成因,探索有效的改进措施,对于提升建筑行业整体竞争力、保障社会公共利益具有迫切的现实意义和深远的战略价值。本研究针对当前建筑工程领域普遍存在的质量问题,从设计、材料设备、施工、验收等关键环节入手,深入剖析了导致工程质量问题的多方面成因。研究指出,设计深度不足、材料质量不达标、施工工艺不规范、验收标准不明确等是制约工程质量提升的主要因素。基于此,本文提出了优化设计阶段管理、强化材料设备质量控制、规范施工过程管理、完善验收阶段管理等一系列改进措施,旨在构建科学、系统的工程质量管理体系。通过实证研究和案例分析,验证了这些对策的有效性和可行性,为建筑行业提升工程质量、保障社会公共利益提供了重要参考。

Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization process and the continuous expansion of infrastructure construction, construction engineering, as an important force to promote social and economic development, its quality problem has increasingly become the focus of social attention. In recent years, frequent engineering quality accidents at home and abroad have not only caused huge economic losses, but also posed a serious threat to the safety of people's lives and property, affecting social stability and people's trust. Therefore, the thorough analysis of the causes of engineering quality problems has urgent practical significance and far-reaching strategic value for enhancing the overall competitiveness of the construction industry and ensuring the protection of social and public interests. In view of the common quality problems in the field of construction engineering, this study starts with the key links of design, materials and equipment, construction, acceptance and acceptance, and deeply analyzes the causes of engineering quality problems. The research points out that the design depth is insufficient, the material quality is not up to standard, the construction technology is not standard, the acceptance standard is not clear and the main factors restricting the improvement of project quality. Based on this, this paper puts forward a series of improvement measures, such as optimizing the design stage management, strengthening the quality control of materials and equipment, standardizing the construction process management, and improving the management of the acceptance stage, aiming to build a scientific and systematic engineering quality management system. Through empirical research and case analysis, the effectiveness and feasibility of these countermeasures are verified, which provides an important reference for the construction industry to improve the project quality and protect the social public interests.
