Abstract
As an important part of power system ‌ its cost control and management are directly related to the economic and social benefits of the project. ‌ The importance, ‌ current situation, ‌ challenges and countermeasures of cost control and management of small power engineering are discussed in depth in this paper, with the aim of providing theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the implementation efficiency and cost control level of small power engineering projects. ‌‌ The importance of cost control and management of small power engineering is emphasized in this paper. ‌ With the continuous growth of power demand, the construction scale of ‌ small power projects is gradually expanding. ‌ cost control and management has become the key link to ensure the smooth progress of the project and ‌ to realize the optimal allocation of resources. ‌ effective cost control and management can not only reduce the project cost, ‌ improve the investment efficiency, ‌ can also promote the sustainable development of the power industry. ‌‌ This paper analyzes the present situation of cost control and management of small power engineering. ‌ At present, ‌ small power engineering projects in the process of implementation are generally faced with large cost fluctuations, ‌ cost control difficulties and other problems. ‌ This is mainly due to the frequent changes in engineering design, ‌ material price fluctuations, ‌ construction management and other poor results. ‌ Therefore, ‌ strengthen the small power project cost control and management, ‌ has become an urgent problem to be solved in the current power industry. ‌‌ The corresponding strategies of cost control and management of small power engineering are put forward in this paper. ‌ First, strengthen the feasibility study and investment estimation in the early stage of the project, ‌ to ensure the scientific and rational decision of the project; ‌ The second is to optimize the design scheme, ‌ the use of quota design and other methods to strictly control the project cost; ‌ third, strengthen the cost management in the construction stage. ‌ reduce the construction cost ‌ by detailing the bill of quantities, ‌ strengthen contract management, ‌ strictly apply for on-site visas and other measures. ‌ Fourth, establish a sound risk management system, ‌ strengthen risk identification and assessment, ‌ formulate specific risk response measures, ‌ improve the anti-risk ability of the project. ‌‌ This paper summarizes the research results of cost control and management of small power engineering, ‌ and points out that with the continuous development of power industry and technological progress, ‌ small power engineering cost control and management will face more challenges and opportunities. ‌ Therefore, ‌ needs to continuously strengthen research and practice, ‌ constantly innovate cost control and management methods, ‌ to promote the high-quality development of small power projects. ‌
